Some Years Ago I Stumbled Across Her Literally Tucked Away in a Barn in The Hills of Tennessee Covered With Tarps. Growing Up I Remember Seeing Old Images Of My Great Aunt Who Had Purchased a White 56 Lincoln Mark II Brand New. I Was in Awe. I Had Always Wanted One From That Point Forward. I Never Ever Thought I Would Sell Her. But, It's Time To Pass The Baton and Allow Another Fortunate Owner To Bring Her Back To The Glory Days Instead Of Selfishly Letting It Sit In My Man Cave Covered Up. What I've Learned From Research. It Was Purchased New In Houston Texas. I Will Elaborate More About What I know Of The Original Owner To The New Owner That Buys Her. Here's a Crop From The Results of the Mark II Database. The Original Color Was a Rare NADIA Green. It Was One of 82 In This Color and One Of Only 32 With This Paint and Trim Combination Obviously Painted White Sometime Ago. She'll Need Interior and Exterior Restoration. The Floor and Trunk Pans Still Appear Solid. Showing 65,727 On the Odometer Believed To be Correct. Mechanically Her Driveline Is In Decent Shape. Engine Starts Right Up and Runs. Shifts and Brakes Good. Needs New Exhaust. Gas Tank Should Be Dropped and Cleaned. About a Year Ago I Had The Carb Rebuilt. It Will Move Around On It's Own Power. But Will Need Someone To Go Through Her Thoroughly And Evaluate What She May Need Before She Becomes Roadworthy. It Does Require Restoration. But She Has Good Bones To Work With And Should Pay Dividends In The Future. .
