Up for sale is my 1970 F250 Camper Special. I bought this off e-bay in 2008. It was an original paint Oregon truck that was advertised as original mileage and rust free. When I got it the title indicated actual mileage and there was rust where the footwell met the side of the cab, so I replaced the front floor pans. Otherwise the truck was solid. Mileage when I bought the truck was 45,784 and now it is 46,806. I got the truck for my daughter and had a lot of work done to it to make it safe and reliable. Right away I refreshed the brake system by putting on a new vacuum booster and master cylinder, new rear wheel cylinders with turned drums, replaced front and rear brake hoses and rear stainless brake lines. New front and rear wheel bearings. I installed a new radiator and an NOS heater core. In 10/2008 I had the trans inspected and rebuilt with new seals, o-rings and bushings. I had a Jasper remanufactured 360 motor installed in December 2010. When the motor was installed also installed was new water pump, new flywheel, new thermostat, new left & right exhaust manifolds, new hoses. Electronic choke installed on the carb. New plug wires, distributor cap and Pertronix electronig ignition conversion done to the distributor. Rebuilt power steering pump installed. I had new king pins, new front/rear shocks, new radius and control arm bushings, new tie rod. In 11/2008 I had new Master Craft tires 235/85 R16 installed along with new Ford 8 lug steel wheels. In the interior I had the seat rebuilt along with a new seat cover, new should harnes seat belts with a center lap belt, new rubber floor cover and new arm rests. Alpine detachable face plate CD player. I had new weatherstripping installed on the doors, front and rear windows and vent windows. New exhaust pipes and muffler. New bed tonneau cover. New bumpers front and rear. New F250 emblems on the hood, new FORD hood lettering and new CUSTOM chrome script on the bed. I had the truck painted last December. I added a photo of what the truck looked like before it went to the painter. I was not happy with the painter as the job wasn't done to my standards. My daughter is off at college now and I really don't want to store the truck. I do have the receipts for the reman motor, trans rebuild and tires to pass on to the new owner. New truck cover goes along as well. Clear Indiana title in my name. $250 non-refundable deposit through PayPal to keep the scammers and strokers from hitting the buy-it-now and wasting my time. Balance to be paid for within 7 days via bank to bank wire transfer, cash on pick up or certified bank cashiers check. Wire transfer and cash releases the truck and title immediately.
