Here's a wonderful opportunity to purchase a fully restored 1967 Vw BusListed with No Reserve This Bus has been meticulously restored back to its original glory It was completely stripped of all interior and exterior components. The body was very straight and clean to start. The entire interior was sanded primed and painted as new. All interior seats were stripped bare, painted and recovered with new foam, sissle and vinyl coverings as new. A new door panel set was installed including new front and rear mats The entire wiring harness was replaced with a factory style harness. Every piece of wiring is new and original style NOT home made. New switches including , headlight, flasher relays, turn signal. Guages were cleaned and checked for accuracy. A new steering wheel was installed. All interior handles lights and latches are all new. The 1776 Dp engine is rebuilt using top grade piston jugs and redone performance heads. The Beetle transmission was an upgrade and is rebuilt as new The entire suspension and drivetrain is rebuilt as new. This includes, front suspension, Kyb shocks front and rear, link pin bushings, tie rods etc. Entirely new front and rear. The braking system is also completely refinished as new including wheel cylinders , shoes and hardware The exterior of the bus was refinished in a beautiful Basf Sealing Wax Red and Chestnut Brown The body was sealed and primed correctly prior to final finish. A new seal kit was installed on all body components The undercarriage was finished in Sealing Wax Red to match the top of the bus. The undercarriage on this bus is spectacular. You don't often see the undercarriages of vehicles. We are proud to show ours in detail. The wheels were resprayed in chestnut brown with new hubcaps.
