Vehicle Detail
1969 Mach 1 Mustang This 1969 Mustang has been stored away for the last 32 years. The car was recently pulled out of storage and the complete drivetrain has been freshened up and refurbished. The 351 windsor was bored 30 over with all new seals, valve seats, valve springs, Extreme energy cam (not to radical just for sound and a little performance), a Aluminum Intake, Holley 4 brl. double pumper, Headers, new water pump, new Alternator, new rubber hoses, new motor mounts, new HD Radiator, and New fan shroud. The 4-speed top loader trans is fresh and the shifter has been upgraded to a hurst shifter w/ 1970 style T-handle. The front suspension and disks brakes are fresh as well. The rear-end is fresh with a 3.89 traction lok along with 31-spline axles. This car drives great and is very strong (surprisingly strong). The 15" Magnum 500's wheels are new and BF Goodrich tires are new as well. This car was last painted in 1978. The car is straight and the Acapulco Blue paint is slick, but has a few flaws here and there due to its age. This car is a killer driver and still attracts a lot of attention. The interior is still mostly original. The drivers seat needs to be reupholstered to be perfect. The original carpet is showing its age but is still presentable. The original dash pad has one small crack over the speaker. All of the gauges work properly. All of the lights work as well. All of the sheet-metal is original. This car is extremely solid. The floor pans are very clean and the torque boxes are very solid with crisp factory spot welds. The solid original engine bay aprons are unbelievable and are clean & crisp as well (the spot welds are perfect). The trunk is solid but some one added a rear battery mount to the passenger side (it is not currently being used). I do have the original build sheet for this vehicle. This vehicle is for sale as-is where-is. This car is for sale World-Wide. The Buyer is responsible for shipping, however, I will be glad to assist a buyer with any arrangements he or she may need.
