Vehicle Detail

This car is amazing and I have owned it for 5 years but just got it on the road this year after rebuilding the transmission which was bad since it sat so long.  It is a true barn find that I bought for the low miles.  I do not know the previous owner but I looked at certain things to make sure it was an original mile car.  #1 I pulled the injectors to see if the blue plastic was still on them and it was.  These blue caps wear off after 100000 or so.  Also I looked for any signs of rust and there was and is none.  I had a garage do a compression check and all cyl were in the 160 to 170 range.  The engine runs great with the exception of an exhaust leak in the right side that goes away after it warms up.  So I believe it to be original miles but cannot verify other than what I have done.  Has no misses and just had new wires, plugs and condenser installed this year.  Points were fine.  Transmission rebuilt this year by Centric Transmission in El Cajon.  Has the newer of the two transmissions used in these cars.  The seats, door panels and headliner have no rips or tears and are original.  The dash has one crack in the middle of it as seen in pictures.  The carpet is original and good and the door wood has been taken off and is all there in good condition.  The mats are good all around but the driver side is worn.  tires are less than a year old.  Brakes are very good.  Drives very straight.  It had an accident on the front right fender that was professionally repaired and there was never any frame damage.  The headliner is falling down some but can be glued back.  Chrome all the way around has no pits.  Very clean inside and out.  The original wood that goes around the windows is in the trunk because I was going to redo it but have too many projects now.  Also the sill rubber I have already purchased but not installed yet.  So that goes with the car.  All electrical works perfect including A/C that blows very cold.  New Battery this year.  Wood under the front windshield is also in need of refinishing but in very good condition.   This car is a great car but a 1972 so as always it is best for you to come see it yourself.  We have sold over 40 cars on Ebay and have never had bad feedback.  I have done my best to accurately describe this car.   $500 Deposit due with 24 hours by Paypal with balance with 72 hours by bank transfer or wire transfer.   Sold as-is where-is  No returns or refunds Please don't bid unless you really want the car.   I also have two 1965 Mustangs for sale and a 1967 Mustang that will be listed soon. Thank you for looking and call with questions 619-708-5636 John Finally this car has a very shiney, not oxidized paint job.  The pictures do not show that well but it does have the original paint shine.
