Relisted without reserve: First off, you probably know by now that the 2007 and later Wranglers are vastly superior to the 2006 and earlier models with beefier and stronger frame, quieter ride, wider wheel base, anti-lock brakes, better and higher suspension, bigger tires, more economical MPG, etc. You probably also know that Saharas look better than the rest of Wranglers because the fenders are painted body color instead of ugly black plastic. But I decided to sell my beloved Jeep because I don't have time to enjoy it as I work on and ride motorcycles most of the year. Top and doors came off Jeep on rare occasions when I had to haul stuff that didn't fit on bike. Since I bought it new in 2007 (original owner) I only drove it less than 45k miles (less than 3k in the past year). It is in excellent shape, I am a mechanic by trade so this baby was well taken care of. I even had it rustproofed at Ziebart within days of new purchase. I like older, simpler, vintage stuff so I tried to apply my taste to my Jeep also, with retro steel wheels, vintage style slanted grill, flat fenders, heavy duty front bumper, aggressive tires, etc. It has full steel doors with power windows that I had painted in texture/flat black to resemble classic canvas doors and match the convertible top. Also, I removed most unnecessary plastic stuff, like hinge covers, 3rd brake light that looks like a periscope, and some other trim that looked cheap and modern. As a classic American automotive icon it is the Harley of cars and it looks like a Jeep should, instantly recognizable, without fancy rims and silly graphics, or gawdy neon lights or 4doors! Now for the technical stuff, it has the Chrysler 3.8 v6 engine, Daimler Benz 6 speed manual transmission, 4wheel drive (High and Low gears), cruise control, power windows and locks, A/C (but who needs that?), factory high end audio (I believe it was made by Infinity?) with CD and MP3 player and it sounds great but that's not why I bought it. The top and doors come off in minutes and it's a lot of fun, almost as much fun as a motorcycle! In snowy winters you'll find yourself driving out of your way to see "what she'll do", and she'll go places very far from paved roads. It's never been crashed or rolled over, no scratches or rust on it. Tires are only about 10K miles old. I'm sure I'm forgetting something so inquire anytime. Available for viewing anytime. I will not ship it but you can make arrangements yourself if you wish. UPDATE: Ok folks, I received a bunch of inquiries so I'm gonna try to answer all here: Yes, the windshield is the original and without cracks or chips, the truck is in Blue Book value description category of VERY GOOD CONDITION, I mean I almost babied this Jeep, even the oil I use is Mobil 1 synthetic, it needs nothing! No, the front bumper can't be found anywhere else since I made it myself with help from Speedcult Detroit, from 1/4" (yes, that is .250) THICK and HEAVY carbon steel that will splatter a deer like a bug, there's none like it anywhere. Does it drive like farm equipment?, No. While it looks simple and primitive, it actually drives very smoothly and quietly, like just about any modern vehicle, it even has technology to prevent rollovers. Am I a cigarette smoker?, yes, if you are definitely interested I can ask a non-smoking friend if interior smells of cigarettes although I doubt it because it doesn't have an ashtray (it's optional now-a-days), it's minimally carpeted and can be (and ALL JEEPS SHOULD be) aired out.
