Up for bid is a beautiful So. Calif. --Southern Arizona--So. calif. rust free ,lazer straighy, Noad.This car had a frame off resto approx. 20 years ago,Its a beauty but the age of the resto is starting to show through.The paint looks ood at 10 ft. , but with close inspection you can see some blemishes.One small spot on the roof has a small area f paint peeling.Also there is some lacquer checking around the drivers side door handle.I've tried to take pics of this.I purchased this car from an irline pilot in the Phoenix area.He is a perfectionist.He took amazing care of this car. When i got the car it had a fur speed trans. in it.I don't lie to shift , so i removed it.Here is what i've done to the car. FRONT END: The front suspension was completly rebuilt. New ball joints,new control arm bushings,new springs,new shocks,new sway bar and bushings,ne 2" drop front spindles. New brake lines from front to rear,new disc brakes with crss drilled rotors,new dual resevoir master cylinder with new power booster. The engine was removed with the four speed trans and the complete engine bay was cleaned and painted. The 327 c.i. /300 hp. motor was freshened up with new Cloyes timing assy. ,new Melling oil pump,new intake manifold,new high performance water pump,The headers were heat coatednew alt.,new valve covers H.E.I. dist. A new 500 power steering box was installed with a new power steering pump.Ultima battery instlled. A new after market fuel injection system was installed. It's called a F.A.S.T. plug and play system ( fuel ais spark tech )No lap top needed to tune it. It tunes itself as you drive. The motor has a very mild cam,It idles great.Not a ground shaker but you can tell it has a cam. A rebuilt 350 turbo hydro was also installed.It has a mild shift kit. The rear suspension was also rebuilt with new leaf springs,new shocks, and new rear disc brakes. The gas tank was removed ,hot tanked , and sealed and prepared for fuel injection. The front bumper , turn signal bar and hood trim have all been show chromed. The rear bumper and tail light housinge were also show chromed. The wheels are FOOSE , and the tires are B.F.G Radial T/A The dash cluster was replaced with a custom cluster,including the clock. This car also has Vintage Air system , It blows cokder than my new Silverado.. All the windows operate as they should and all the glass is in good shape.The upholstery is in excellent shape ( black tuck and roll ) The stock radio works when it wants to , so i installed a am/fm/cd/mp3 radio under the passengers seat with a remote. The steering column is a Flaming River tilt column. Over all this is a fun car to drive, I get thumbs up every wher i go.It drives nice , handles nice ,shifts nice,all in all , a pleasure to drive.
