First, let me say that I work for the owner, who is a Doctor. It is part of my job to deal with his stuff. He is responsible for this listing, but I am handling the transaction and will convey all requests for additional information to him, and provide the responses to you. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding as neither he or I have the time to mess with scams, flakes, bidders who need to check with banks, secure notes from parents, etc. NOW... onto the auction... This is a true NO RESERVE auction. This car starts at .99 cents and goes until the time runs out. Don't ask for a buy it now or Lets make a deal... it will run its course on the acution and go to the highest bidder. Unless you have a learjet, Y2K motorcycle, offshore race boat, or some other millionare toy, don't bother to ask about trades. High bidder owns the car! If you choose to bid, you are entering into a binding contract, and any un-eBay type activity INCLUDING not carrying through with the transaction will be dealt with in accordance with eBay policy! The title is clear as a bell. Doc pays cash for all his stuff. When you pay for the car, the title will be signed over to you. There will be a $500.00 paypal deposit due within 3 days of the auction's end. The balance will be due in cash or wire transfer prior to the vehicle leaving the garage. If you want to test drive the car, all arrangements must be made through me, and be completed prior to the auction end. Once the auction ends... HIGH BIDDER owns this car. As for the car... this BMW 745li is the Doc's wifes car. She had the BMW at the dealership right next to the Mercedes dealership. She saw the SL 500, and a phone call later, the BMW became the unwanted stepchild of the Doctor's fleet! The car lives in the garage at home during the night, and when driven to work, it lives in the garage at the office... until 4 days ago when it lost its place in the garage to the Mercedes. This is the Li model which has I think everything! I won't belabour you with the list of equipment that is on this car. If there is some option that you are in dire need of having, email me and I can confirm the option. I know this car has about a thousand buttons and knobs that control everything from the heated seats, mirrors, sun roof, nav system, 900 way adjustable seats DVD player, Spoiler package, custom 20 inch wheels... everything. The car is owned by the Doc, and driven by his 65 year old wife. This isn't some kid's car that's been hacked up and abused. This is the true little old lady car. The tires only have a few hundred miles on them, the car has 73K miles, it runs and looks top shelf. Now for the known bad issues. Altough I think this car is nearly perfect, there is a paint chip in the BWM emblem and another on the front of the hood. Neither are readily observable from 3 feet away, but I want you to know everything. There is a slight scuff on the right bumper cover (I can't see it in the photo) when Doc's wife got too close to a parking curb, but you need to know its there. As for the interior, it too is nearly perfct. The only thing worth mentioning is the driver's side bollister is showing the slightest hint of wear. You can't see it clearly, but it is starting. I don't see any other issues. There are no warranties with this car. It is being sold as is, where is. You are responsible for transportation costs, shipping, mechanic inspections, and every other cost associated with your interest in this vehicle. I don't want to sound cold, but the fact is that the Doc doesn't care about this car any more. He wants it gone to make room in the garage. If you have ANY negative feedback, or less than 5 positive feedbacks, you must contact me prior to bidding. I will not tollerate the lease bit of hastle with this transaction.
