This attractive and well preserved 1964 BUICK RIVIERA is in excellent driving condition offering a smooth and enjoyable ride ,the 425ci 4 barrel 320HP engine has a full power and unleash on the touch of the accelerator the feeling of 465 ft.lb of torque ,the transmission works perfectly .A complete tune up has been performed and a new battery have been installed, also I have just remanufactured the original starter for reliability . The body including trim and chrome ,as the pictures show, is still in great condition ,the originality is definitely a high point on this car since nothing has been modified or customized. It is without a doubt a very integer car , alhough the painting still shines it has shown some cosmetic imperfections after all those years...It still have the original jack and lug wrench and spare tire cover on the trunk ,also it came equipped from factory with a very atractive turbine wheels and spinners,it does not have A/C..owner's manual is included. A little background about this car: I have bought this car from RM Auctions about 3 years ago at cost of $ 17550.00 ,since then the car has been driven occasionally adding very little to the 44000 original miles .As you see on the pictures I have kept the original miles written on the windshield by RM Auctions ,although undocumented it is believed to be true by the preservation of the originality and mechanical condition as I have stated previously. Overall this Buick can be easily brought up to next level which would elevate its value to the 25 to 30K seen on the auctions and antique car dealers. I no longer have space and time to take care of this Buick Riviera and I am willing to sell it for much less than I have paid for it ,I am sure the next owner will be pleased with this car...
