This model was produced from 1978 until 1985 and is probably the best representation of the fine craftsmanship Mercedes poured into there vehicles, back when pride and quality of workmanship were important to the manufacturer. Given the legendary quality built into these vehicles this vehicle is not even broken in yet. The cars color is a very easy on the eyes light gold with a beige interior. The body and interior on this vehicle are in pristine condition in every way as pictures will show. The chrome is bright and brilliant as it was when new. The interior of the vehicle is also in pristine condition with a crack free dash as well as blemish free upholstery. This car has been maintained by a Mercedes factory trained technician and all options on this vehicle work as they should 100%. Air conditioning blows ice cold, power windows and sunroof all work as they should, cruise control, stereo, all vacuum operated switches, to include vent selection for climate control as well as set back locks and door locks work correctly. Original am/fm cassette stereo works as new and has been updated with an aux port for your I-pod. This car runs exceptionally strong and will cruise all day on the interstate at 80 mph with plenty of power remaining and providing excellent fuel economy. This vehicle is probably the nicest unrestored vintage Mercedes Benz 300cd one could find in the country.
