OK ,what we have here is a true BARN FIND.....only in a garage in Queens....car has been parked there its entire life ,and owner lived in Manhatten ,was used to go to Hampton's .and what not , Building got sold , so I got called to retrieve car ,was under 3" of dust ,4 flats , and not running , last time it saw the road was about 1995 , Im going by the inspetion sticker , last reg. 1998 ......we got it over to garage and found it to still have anti freeze in it and oil , varnish in tank for fuel ( to be expected) we put 4 gals of fuel in it ,a jump pac. and she started up after about 20 cranks , engine is tight and ran well enough to see it's OK , here is the good stuff , this is a 1 owner car , I have the original Title and Bill of Sale , frame is in perfect condition , floors are in great shape ,seats need to be re-done , body has been re-painted with some signs of body work (if you look hard) to rear 1/4 panel L/S , rockers are in great shape , all the hyd. are on the floor, (to be expected) was able to go back and forth in yard so trans feels good........this is a great car to restore......and if you know about Triumphs ,the 1973 TR6 is a desired car cause its still a PRE-Emission engine , more H.P......I dont have the time to do car myself ,Ive had 3 of these and this one is a good one to re-do ,it also has MICHILIN RED WALL TIRES on it still ,and optional 8 track in trunk.....all welcome to come and start and run and inspect undercarage , email me with any questions I can help with .....Good Luck ,dont miss out on this ONE OWNER CAR.......Car fax it see for your self On Oct-24-12 at 11:23:12 PDT, seller added the following information: OK , Im adding this cause my father just reminded me that I have a FACTORY HARD TOP at his house in P.A ( so much crap I forget what I have) If someone hits the BUY NOW PRICE , Im throwing in the hard top.....these top's go for some bucks , it's in great shape....not same color as car , but when you do car over they can paint it , also ,if bid goes over buy now price....top goes to highest bidder....................good luck....and thanks.
