This is a 1983 mercedes 300D turbo diesel in overall nice condition. The interior needs some restoring for mint condition, such as carpet needs some cleaning, front seats have cuts, and dash is cracked a little. Exterior has minor scratches and paint chips, very minor surface rust, and some dings and dents. This car runs great, but a little hard starting when cold (has a engine heater I never used) good fuel milage, with a very smooth ride. I have too many projects, and need to sell one to fund the other. Please look at all pictures to see what condition it is. Ask any questions you have. Thanks for looking! Absolutely a great car. On Oct-04-12 at 19:10:27 PDT, seller added the following information: Sorry I forgot to mention the windshield is cracked and needs replaced. I also couldn't get the cruise control to work . The surface rust I mentioned is in one spot on the passenger rear fender well. The car is hard starting the first time of the day but fires right up after that. That is based on driving it once a week or once every two weeks. This car is in great condition but not excellent. Selling to purchase a motor for my primary vehicle before winter otherwise it wouldn't be forsale.
