Up for sale is a 1997 Volvo 850 Base Non Turbo model.
This car has below average mileage but runs very well. I have driven and tested this car extensively and can say that the vehicle is mechanically in very good condition.
Carfax report indicates all recommended maintenance has been done on this vehicle including recommended timing belt replacements at 75k and 130k miles(sticker on timing belt cover shows when). The car now has 154k miles on it.
Suspension is tight and noise free. Brakes were not inspected for wear but they work well with no vibration or strange noises.
The exterior is in average condition with scratches on the hood and right side. Interior is ok but driver’s seat is worn. Passenger seat shows less wear. The rear seats look like they have never been used. Carpets are clean with no stains. The car has been cleaned but not professionally detailed.

Vehicle History
We encourage bidders to buy a Carfax report on these vehicles. Carfax reports contain a wealth of information about the car including in many cases service and repair history. Carfax is our preferred source for vehicle history reports.
Bidder Requirements
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
All bidders must have a valid drivers license in the state to which they plan to register the vehicle. We will require a copy if this drivers license before the vehicle is released. If you require a Temporary Tag we will need proof of valid insurance coverage;

Terms & Conditions
These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. We strongly recommend that all buyers order an independent inspection by eBay authorized inspection agency.
All inspections must be done prior to auction end.
We make every effort to properly test all the cars we sell by driving them in various traffic conditions to enable us detect any mechanical,electrical issues that may exist. If we notice any major mechanical issue (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical) we may get the problem attended to by our mechanic otherwise we will state the issue as a defect in the vehicle description.

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Deposit
Winning bidders are expected to pay a $500 via paypal within 24 hrs of auction close to secure the vehicle. Failure to do so will cause us to cancel the transaction and report the case to ebay.
Balance must be paid within 3 days of auction close otherwise the transaction will be canceled and deposit forfieted.
Delivery
Buyers and/or their shippers can take delivery of the vehicle on Fri ,Sat and Sun only, 10 am – 6 pm each day. Delivery on any other day must be by prior arrangement with us. Please plan accordingly. We do provide 30 day GA temporary tags if required.
Titles
A good number of the cars we sell are trade in vehicles from franchised dealers. Therefore, the title may not be available when we list the vehicle. In the event that the vehicle title is not present at delivery, the buyer is guaranteed a clean and clear title within 30 days (as allowed by GA law) otherwise the vehicle may be returned for a full refund.
State Inspections
Out of state Buyers (non Ga residents) are entirely responsible for state mandated inspections. We make no guarantees about the vehicle passing any non GA state inspection.
Offers
We will accept offers from bidders who want to purchase the vehicle immediately without waiting for auction end. Note that all such sales will still be subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Fee and Tax Information: Sales Tax
All GA residents and buyers with a GA drivers license are required to pay sales tax at a rate applicable to thier county of residence.
Admin Fee
We do charge an additional $85 on every sale to help us defray the cost of selling the vehicle.
