You are bidding on a 2003 Honda Reflex 250 that was damaged ever so slightly and now has a Pennsylvania salvage title. I have pointed out the damaged areas which amount to several scratches and scuffs. It runs and drives perfectly. The forks are straight and true as are the wheels and frame. There are no broken fairings or body parts. I bought it back from the insurance company several years ago after it was run off the road into some brush. I will sell this with a very low reserve.
