I bought this truck with some rust and dents to teach myself how to weld and do body work and paint. So i went to a trade school and took it as a project and with the help of some friends it turned out good, not bad for a first timer. But is NOT perfect. It is time to let go i had my fun with it! Exterior: Paint is 8 months old LE1Y code Snowflake gti wheels , tires 85% tread Rhino lined the bed No holes, all rust repaired. Shock towers good. Replaced: Front shocks GTI seats New carpet New clutch and cable. New glow plug relay 5 speed Shifts and runs great. No leaks. Engine runs good. No smoke. Has aftermarket a/c which is not hooked up. All components appear to be there but never seen it work. This was a great project needs very little to make it perfect. The hard stuff is done.
