1962 Mercury Comet. 4 Door 170 C.I. Automatic RAT ROD<> RAT FINK PROJECT Imagine the look on her face when you pull this into the yard! Here is a super straight 62 Comet. A true survivor. The body is rock solid. This ole girl has been sitting undercover since 2001. There is so much possibility here that we could not bring ourselves to parting it out. This would make a great low budget winter project or Rat Rod. It ‘s 99% complete and a true time capsule. The motor is not stuck and can be turned freely. I have no idea as to the condition of the engine however these are dirt cheap engines to fool with and just about anyone can work on them. You will need to bring a trailer and the ability to help load it. I will assist in anyway I can. This car has the impossible to find bumpers and chrome. All in all a nice little barn find that can be made to run. Just about any Ford engine can be put into it. This vehicle is being sold as a project with a TN notarized bill of sale. The buyer will be responsible to apply for a title in their home state. These beloved old cars are getting harder to find and it would be nice to see this one survive. Thg e pictures speak volumes.
