Vehicle Detail
This Trans Am T/A 6.6 400 4 speed has the original motor, transmission and rear end with only 68,000 miles. It is a WS-6 with 4-wheel disc brakes. The car came without factory a/c. The vehicle was repainted in 2008 with all new decals. The interior has new carpet, seat covers and headliner. The car has the original door panels. The dash of the car has a crack in the dash (as seen in pictures). The motor was rebuilt 2,000 miles ago. The transmission was rebuilt this summer (2012). The car runs great and makes a lot of heads turn. The car has a low reserve, so bid to win, you will not be disappointed. On Oct-14-12 at 10:34:41 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine was rebuilt and is .030 over and the cam specs are 288 advertised on intake/exhaust, 230@.050 intake/exhaust on 110 LSA. The motor has a SMI built Quadrajet on it with electric choke. The exhaust system has nearly $1500 dollars in it. With Ram Air manifolds that are ceramic coated, true dual 2.5" exhaust through magnaflow mufflers and factory appearing stainless tips. Not too loud at idle or cruise but has a nice bark when opening it up. The brake pads were replaced all the way around with the rotors being turned (original rotors were much better than ones made today) they have less then 2,000 miles on them. The clutch was replaced when the motor was rebuilt also. When the interior was replaced new sound deadener was installed. The car has an MSD 6AL ignition on it with a 6,000 rpm rev limiter. A new starter installed in August 2012. STILL HAVE ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET! On Oct-14-12 at 14:59:37 PDT, seller added the following information: http://youtu.be/Jrcq1QBlHrw Here is a video of the car at idle with choke on then off On Oct-17-12 at 19:06:12 PDT, seller added the following information: Picture added of build sheet, owners manual, camshaft ID card, and manual for AM/FM cassette player that car still has in it.
