Vehicle Detail
For sale here is my 1995 Chevrolet 2500 extended cab 4x4 pickup truck. I purchased the truck a little less than three years ago and I am the second owner. When I bought the truck it had only 37857 miles on it and the current mileage is a very low 45259. I bought it with the intention of using it to tow my boat to the launch ramp here in the city of Delray Beach, and has been living in my garage. When I first got the vehicle I had my local mechanic go through it front to back. Among the services done were a complete tune up with all new ignition parts, cooling system flush, a complete new A/C system including a compressor, a new battery, new exhaust from the catylatic converter back, and an oil and filter change. I also replaced the tail light lenses as they were both badly faded and one had a crack in it. I have replaced the windshield wiper module because it would stop working when it got hot. It is fine now. In the last few months I have replaced the A/C cycling switch, also replaced an ABS wheel sensor, and the truck has had a complete brake job. It is the Silverado model which back in 1995 was the top of the line in the Chevrolet truck series. The seats are plush and very comfortable with a power lombar adjustment. The original unused spare tire is still in the carrier benind the rear bumper, and the also unused jack is complete and under the rear jump seat as shown. All in all, it is an awful lot of truck for not very much money. If you have a boat to tow, a job to do, driveways to plow, or whatever; you do not have to spend a pile of dough to get the job done. This very well maintained truck will do whatever you need done. The truck is rust free and has a minimum of chips nicks and scratches on the exterior. The bed liner is the original and a new one with the lips that cover the edge of the bed and the tail gate, would cover some minor blemishes. Aside from that, there a a few scratches by the drivers door and the right fender. A close up inspection on the computer should reveal them. The radio is the original one and there has been a cassette stuck in it since I got it. I am including a radio with a CD player for the new owner to install as he sees fit. The tires are all full treaded and less than half worn. I have tried to include everything, but if something else comes to mind I will add it to this description. I would not hesitate to jump in this truck and drive across the country. I will answer any and all email inquiries quickly. Bid with confidence, this truck is the real deal. Good Luck.On Oct-15-12 at 06:59:13 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that just two weeks ago I replaced the water pump and a leaky hose. I had the truck professionally repainted when I first bought it. The original paint was badly faded from sitting in the Florida sun. It is not some cheap repaint and the truck makes an overall great appearance. I have also been asked about an airport pickup for an out of state buyer. This is not a problem. I can pick up the new owner at either the Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach airport. Just let me know. Again, good luck bidding.
