I was given this 1985 Honda ATC70 as part of the deal when I purchased a pickup truck. It does fire up briefly with the use of starting fluid. My best guess is that the carb is gummed up. It was sitting in the prior owners barn for several years, but he said his kids did ride it from time to time and it never broke down on him.
