Automatic with Manual Mode Wow, this car is nice. This 2009 BMW 328i Convertible is in excellent condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like only a BMW does. Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a world-class car. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. This car has about $6700 in factory options, including the Sport package, Premium Package, the Steptronic transmission, BMW assist, heated seats and more. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has just 16,558 original miles on it, and is still covered by the remaining factory warranty until 04/2013 or 50,000 miles. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no significant dents or dings (one small one on the rear bumper). The paint shines like new all around. Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Exterior features include 18" alloy wheels and fog lamps. The power convertible hard top is automatic - no latches or boots to mess with. Just press a button. The seats are leather, and they are in excellent condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar, and the driver's seat has memory settings. The sport seats also have manually adjustable thigh support. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents, and there is some storage space behind the seats. This 328i has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; AM/FM/CD stereo with HD radio and iPod/USB input; tilt and telescopic wheel; Cruise control; auto air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Other convenience features include a HomeLink gate / garage opener and BMW assist. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ABS, tire pressure monitoring and stability control. The "Steptronic" transmission is an automatic transmission that you can shift manually if you choose. There are also paddles on the steering wheel. Both front seats are heated. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
