Legendary 6 cyl bullet proof BMw strait six M Power plant , 5-speed manual Transmission, 4-wheel disc brakes, A/C and heat climate control, Original Digital Blaupunkt Stereo, electrically heated rear windshield, 8-way adjustable front power bucket seats, combed wool carpet, moon roof, Rear Air and Heat climate control, new brakes Aug 2012, needs Absolutely nothing, runs and drives outstanding, 26 mpg hwy observed! Exterior Condition: The paint is in outstanding condition with very few imperfections, The exterior rubber and chrome are all in excellent original condition. All the glass is in excellent condition. The Front and rear bumpers are Excellent with no damage whatsoever, rear bumper insert is torn and could use replacement, very inexpensive part(shown in pics). Grilles, mirrors, emblems all super nice, wheels are original TRX and in very presentable condition as are the TRX tires, wheels are strait, no vibration at high speed! Interior Condition: The leather is in premium shape. The seats are firm and comfortable and there is no wear to mention, the drivers seat shows very minor wear if any, the passenger and rear seats are in perfect condition. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks. The headliner is excellent with absolutely no imperfections! The carpet is in very very nice original condition. The door panels are in very good condition as well. Overall the interior is in outstanding original condition and very clean and comfortable. The photos are very clear and accurate. Mechanical Condition: Mechanically this car is outstanding and the mechanics may very well be the strongest point of this overall exceptional car. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts strong and smooth in all gears. The M Power engine in this BMW performs beautifully with nice power and torque and no hesitation. The engine doesn't blow any smoke whatsoever, it runs exceptionally clean, starts right up very easily and sounds awesome. There are no leaks in the exhaust and it is smooth running at all speeds. The alignment is true with no pulling during braking and no excess play in the steering wheel. The brakes are new and strong. The tires are in good condition. This BMW has many years of trouble free motoring to come. This car is 25 years old, However I would feel very confident in this vehicle on any long road trip and would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the US from here. Accessories Condition: All electronics are functioning in the vehicle. The tachometer, the speedometer and odometer are working properly. also a very nice sounding audio system for original equipment. The climate control works as it should with good control. The AC blows super cold as it should both front and rear. Perillo had the car sitting for several years and the owner never picked the vehicle up nor contacted them nor payed for it. Perillo put a mechanics lien on the car and acquired title through that process, subsequently, the transaction was documented on the title as having salvage history. At this time we have free and clear title from the current owner who recently traded the vehicle in to us, he has been the owner of this M6 since he purchased it as the 2nd owner from Perillo back in 96', this vehicle has had only two owners. Aside from this blemish on the otherwise respectable history of this vehicle, This M6 is one of the most beautiful low mileage examples you will find, There is some minor paint work that was done here and there through the years, this vehicle is in fantastic condition and very original, we have gone through the car and believe there are no previous accidents or major damages in it's history.
