PLEASE NOTE: I AM LISTING THIS CAR AGAIN DUE TO BUYER BACKING OUT. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT JOHN "TODD" DEVIDTS, AKA "DEADBEAT DEVIDTS" IN SOME CIRCLES AROUND NASHVILLE, BOUGHT THIS CAR AND DID NOT FULFILL HIS COMMITMENT TO BUY. I ENDED THE SALE ONE DAY EARLY AS HE HAD TO HAVE THIS VEHICLE. TODD DEVIDTS IS A LIAR AND A DISGRACE TO THE EBAY AND HOTROD COMMUNITY. HIS EBAY NAME IS "chaley792011". HE STATES HE IS THE OWNER OF SOUTHSIDE TOWING RECOVERY INC IN NASHVILLE. PLEASE USE YOUR DISCRETION WHEN SELLING TO "DEADBEAT DEVIDTS". Just so you know about me: My name is Willie J. Campbell. I have been a professional touring musician all of my life. Some of you may be familiar with one of the bands I worked with. They are called THE FABULOUS THUNDERBIRDS. Some of their more popular songs include, "Tuff Enuff", "Wrap It Up", and "Powerful Stuff". I am not a car expert, but am very passionate about cars and motorcycles. Here is a car that I have enjoyed owning: 1949 Chevy Styleline Deluxe Sport Coupe. 350 engine from 1973 Chevy Pickup. Approximately 30,000 miles. Rebuilt 700 R4 Transmission. Mustang II Frontend attaches to original 1949 frame. Chevy 10 bolt inch rearend. Chopped 5.5 inches. Firestone airbags support the air-ride system. 20 gallon race fuel cell in trunk. Disc brakes front, drum rear and 15 inch chevy wheels. Flame throwers and air horns under the hood add the hotrod touch. Paint is Dupont black satin. 1930's Replica Desoto Bumpers. Glasspacks finish off the exhaust sytem. After-market airconditioning. Italian Leather Black and White interior. This is definately a Rat-Rod. I've owned the car for 5 years. Previous owner is a drag race truck builder. He turned this '49 into what you see. This car has won several awards. Made Good Guys Magazine October 2008. Buyer assumes all responsibility for arranging pickup and transportation of vehicle. Buyer will pay in full before arranging pickup. This includes any funds that need to clear bank through cashiers check and international sales. If you are outside the USA, you can make payment in US Dollars before arranging transport. After payment has been received and cleared, the car is your responsibility. Vehicle is for sale locally and could sell at anytime which would void the ebay listing. Please contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking.
