Vehicle Detail
1970 Dodge Dart Demon solid project car. Originally F8 green, it has a 8 3/4 rear which alone is worth a few hundred dollars at the very least, original tuff steering wheel, original Rally wheels, all from the factory which were rare options. Even the original dash pad is not cracked. It was running and driving with the factory slant 6 when I purchased it in 2005 with plans of grander (Dick Landy Dodge Pro Stock Hemi Demon). I did most of the body work, made it ready for paint, motor, and trans, but never got to it. Very little rot, if any at all. No motor or transmission, but I do have some parts for it. One of the pictures shows underneath the drivers side carpet which shows that the car has no rot. I can not stress enough how solid this car really is. This car needs very little to get it back on the street. I do not have any paperwork for this vehicle as you would have to get it re-titled. It was a clean NY registration, I just can not find it. Any questions regarding the vehicle please e-mail me. Thanks! On Sep-18-12 at 12:18:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Car is a 1971, not a 1970. Thanks. On Sep-19-12 at 15:52:28 PDT, seller added the following information: I am selling this car for my father and he says he does have most of the parts, I just need to find them, and they all come with the vehicle when it is sold. He told me that he has the hood, tail lights, the trim, grill, door handles, and bumpers all in storage or in a different garage. Tomorrow I will go and get a full list of the parts that I have for this vehicle and list them on here. Thanks a lot for your interest! On Sep-23-12 at 07:11:39 PDT, seller added the following information: I am selling this car for my father, and am my fathers son, a 23 year old 64-73 Mopar fan. I went to 2 locations that we have parts to several other cars my father has to try to identify parts that belonged to the Demon. I have the lights, the trim (window trim included) and the bumpers as far as I can see. When I went to a different location, I found the hood. I can not tell you right now ever part I have for this car. When my father purchased this car, and I do remember when he bought it, it was a young girl who came in wanting to sell this car. Some rot on the quarters, but everything else was there, complete and was running and driving perfect. Even at that age, I told him to leave it alone and to not take the Slant 6 out even, but he wanted to make a street legal track car out of it. My father would not throw any parts away for any of his cars, so I would say the rest of the parts are deeper in that container that I will empty out, or at a DIFFERENT garage. Every single part I have comes with this car and my father said that is about 80% of the parts. The engine and transmission are the only parts we do not have for the vehicle. What ever parts you would like put back on the car before shipping or transport, I have no problem doing (ex: putting the hood back on) for the winner if they want when the car is sold. I figured this would be easier since most of the questions I got were asking if I had the trim pieces and other parts of the car. Thanks again!
