Well I'm sure no expert on Corvette's, but a friend of mine, who has owned this car for some time, drove it out from North Carolina to Colorado. He was transferred out of the air force Academy in Colorado springs and had no place to store or keep it, so I ended up with it. Here's what I know about the car.... It runs and drives very well. It has 115,000 miles on it. It's just a plain Jane corvette. (a base corvette). He recently had a new vaccume boster installed as well as a new battery. I may have some misc. receipts for some of these misc. items. There is a crack in the glass top and the paint has a few nicks etc. it's fairly nice for being 23 years old. The interior is very nice as well. To open the hood you have to jiggle the latch some. If I were to keep this car I would buy a new set of tires for it. (although the tires seem to wear just fine).This car could use some cleaning and detailing to really look sharp again. I was hoping my adult son might have wanted it, but he has no need, or use for it right now. so I am selling it. I have a clear and open North Carolina title for it. My opening bid is 3,700.00 with no reserve. I'm very confident you could fly to Denver and drive it home. He said this has been a good and dependable car for him. I have driven it about 20 miles to get it home, and I can see why some people really like theese cars. It would take me a week just to figure out how to work all the gadgets. I have absolutly no use whatsoever for a car like this. So...It needs a new home. This car is being sold as-is. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best than be disappointed in anyway. now... all that having been said I can't imagine finding a nicer or more un molested C-4 like this for the price. It's sure not perfect, but I think that whomever ends up with it will be very pleased with it. I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was when it came my way. I wish I knew more about Corvett's, but I honestly do not. Term of sale I can not ship..... This means I can not crate, box, disassemble, or deliver to a shipping company.
