Not a misprint - this car has 20,878 miles on it! 2002 Mazda Miata MX5, with the "Nardi Torino" leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, 6-speed manual transmission, absolutely beautiful leather interior, this car is an absolute joy to drive! Car was purchased new in '02 by my parents, and was primarily used on weekends and the rare occasion my mom goes out, which as you can see from the miles is not much. Car was garaged its entire life - its only been subjected to the weather a couple of times since I took possession of it 2 months ago. As would be expected, the top is in like new condition. This car has never been abused, my folks are in their 60's and never drove it hard. The only reason they're selling it is because they moved from a house in the 'burbs with a big garage, to a tiny apartment in Philly and have to pay a fortune to park their remaining vehicle. The only negative whatsoever with the vehicle is that my numbskull father decided to have the entire car painted several years ago because it had a few door dings on the passenger side, from where he'd hit it with his car door in their garage at home. It is what it is - whoever did the paint really did a great job, but it is not the factory paint. It is the factory color though, which I believe is called "Emerald Mica." The car is at my shop in Richmond, VA and has a recent (7/13) inspection. If the sale price is below 9K the buyer will be responsible for listing/sales fees, otherwise title in hand for exactly the sales price, which will include 30-day VA tags at no additional cost, and the buyer will then have 30 days to pay their own state's sales tax/registration fees. Bids placed by individuals with no or little feedback will be cancelled unless they contact me prior to bidding and explain their situation. I WILL NOT ACCEPT WIRED FUNDS OR MAILED CERTIFIED CHECKS, funds must be either cash or a cashier's check on an institution that is local to me in Richmond, VA - there are a number of large banking institutions here - I will not accept a check, certified or otherwise, from a small local banking institution that does not have a location in Richmond VA. A word to scammers: please don't waste my time, I've been in business for many years, and I'm very familiar with the typical methods of scamming. I've been the recipient of forged, stolen, and fictitious certified checks, and countless attempts to get me to accept a wire transfer and ship a vehicle. I've never fallen for any of them. Just look for someone else to rip off, because it won't work with me.
