I have two Mercedes G class 4x4 SUV. The gray Mercedes is a 1985 280ge W460 that runs and could drive but has a New York Salvage title. 280ge has air-conditioning, and working power windows. The other G class is a 1983 300GD with a clear and clean California title in my name. The 300GD is free of body rust and vehicle damage, it has been striped, sealed and primed for paint. Slight surface rust is shown threw the primer and should be prepped and painted. Former owner also installed W463 Fender pair and grill. Between the two you could have a very nice G Class with California title and no smog needed if you keep the title as registered as a diesel. The remaining parts could also make a nice platform for a rare rock crawler. I also have a 300GD / 280GE 5 speed manual Getrag transmission and 1985 300d Turbo low Mileage engine with automatic transmission available for separate purchase.
