Rebuilt SU carburetors, new battery, new high energy ignition system, new fuel pump, new tie rods, king pins, bushings and front end alignment. Drivetrain is strong and the engine runs good. The body is in average condition for age. A few dings, but reasonably straight body. Driver's door is rusty, but the rest of the car is free of rust. Interior needs carpeting. Seats are average with minor wear and tear. Top is not waterproof. Known history: This car has been sitting in a garage for the last 10 years. 8 months ago it was donated to my automotive students (High School). I am the instructor. We did the mechanical work that we thought was necessary to get it running and driving. We are now attempting to sell it as a fundraiser for our next project vehicle.On Sep-03-12 at 07:28:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Tires need replacement. I added the pictures of the rockers. The driver's side was repaired and primered before we got the car. I assume that was a rusty area, but I am not sure. The only other rust on the body appears to be surface rust wherever the paint is chipped. Both door skins have a stress crack directly below the vent window. The passenger door appears weldable and repairable. The drivers door is to rusty to bother. Also, front end bushings and tie rod boots are also new. They were replaced when the tie rods and king pins were replaced.
