Vehicle Detail

Okay, your buddy has some hot Camaro or Mustang or maybe some rare Euro car but he doesn’t have one of these. This is the only one! Somebody took the time to make this unique microcar and now you can own it. Yes it is a microcar. It has a 360cc air cooled horizontally opposed mid engine that drives the rear wheels through a small differential and it is less than 10ft long. Go figure! The donor was a late 60s Cony 360 Light which makes it sound like those are common. Cony was a Japanese manufacturer that went out of business in the early 70s. Nissan bought them and discontinued the brand. I’m not sure when this was on the road last. I’m not sure it was ever on the road but the odometer reads 3764 miles. The rear seats are totally dangerous perched above the beltline and no seat belts to be found. This is a true roadster – no top! Don’t worry about staying warm you are sitting on the engine and the muffler is under the rear seat. This car is also small, about 10ft long but with the 12 inch tires the 360cc engine is suppose to propel this car up to 60mph. It will go a long way too considering it has 2 fuel tanks. Just don’t light a match near that one behind the rear seat. On the serious side this car does need a fair amount of work but it looks like a decent custom job. I just put on a new set of 12 inch tires and tubes. It needs lights all the way around but that's what a hot rod catalog is there for. The windshield is broken but it is flat glass in a metal frame. You could also fit another engine in it since the Cony engines are notoriously bad and need leaded gas. If you want to repair the Cony engine I have some parts that I can sell separately. Buy this little roadster and do what you will with it. I just need to get it out of my storage unit. Bill of sale only! Local Weekend pick only! Currently stored in south Seattle.
