I am a licensed dealer in NJ. The original owner just traded in this 1997 GMC Suburban SLT. As luck would have it, I cannot get it to start. The customer drove it in 2 weeks ago. My technician says it needs a fuel pump. Regardless of what it needs, I am not going to spend money on a truck that would ultimately end up going to a dealer auction anyway. It is structurally in good shape. The interior is very nice with no odors. The paint on the top surfaces is faded and the clear coat has peeled. The Carfax report shows no prior accidents or issues. The title is clean and in hand. PLease understand, this truck is being sold as-is in non running condition. It makes no diffence to me if the bidding ends at $100 or $10,000. What matters to me is that the winning bidder follows through with the transaction and understands the vehicle will need to be towed home.
