This vehicle is being relisted due to a NON-PAYING bidder. DO NOT bid on this vehicle if you do not intend to pay for it. Up for auction is a 1947 Ford 1/2 ton Pickup Truck. The engine is a Ford 289 ci small block. I do not know the year of the engine, but it starts and runs good. The transmission is a Ford C-4, the tail shaft is locked up so it will not move in reverse, I had to remove the driveshaft to move the truck, a replacement trans. is included in the auction. The body is all steel and quite solid, has some rust, nothing major. The running boards will need to be replaced, floors are solid. All the glass is there and in good condition. The brakes are in good condition, power disk in front and drums out back, new brake lines installed. The rear end appears to be a Dana 60 out of an early 50's truck, I have a Ford 9 inch out of a 72 Ford pickup that will go with the truck if the buyer wants it, no charge. The wheels and tires are in good condition, 15 inch wheels. I have a clear Illinois Title in hand and ready to go. Truck is sold as is, where is, with NO warranty of any kind. Buyer is responsable for transporting the truck to your location, I can help with loading. I require a non-refundable deposit by Pay-Pal, for US $500.00 within 24 hrs of end of auction.
