Vehicle Detail
Up for a NO reserve auction is this 1995 Ford F-350 4x4. It needs work so please read the entire auction as I will do my best to describe the truck. It is powered by the bulletproof 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel engine. The motor runs perfect and was just serviced. It has an automatic transmission(E4OD) which needs some work. The truck starts off in high gear so you need to manually shift it to get going. It has a manual shift transfercase. I think the shifter needs to be adjusted or lubed. I am only able to get 2WD and 4WD Hi ranges out of it. The truck needs tires. As you can see in the pictures she has quite a bit of rust/rot on the body. The bedsides are shot as is the right front fender. The cab corners are going and the drivers side floor is rotted away too. The plow pictured is included and is a Diamond 8' plow. It works but took a little persuasion to go up. It is low on fluid so I am sure that has to do with it. I'm sure it could use a service. I have new upper and lower balljoints for the front end. They go with the truck. With a little work this would make a GREAT work/plow truck for someone. If anyone has any questions then please don't hesitate to ask. I can be reached on here or at 203-507-3987. On Aug-13-12 at 09:24:06 PDT, seller added the following information: *UPDATE* I decided to do a little tinkering with the truck this morning. I replaced the vehicle speed sensor and found a broken wire that I repaired. The transmission now shifts as it should. Takes off in 1st gear and shifts through all the gears without having to screw with the shifter. I am going to service the transmission with a new filter and fluid as well later today. I also replaced the rear ujoint as it was no good and started making noise.
