We have a 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire. It is an automatic with the factory 394 engine. It needs a transmission.It is out of the car and come with the car when sold This is an all original car with the factory bucket seats and console. It has been sitting for approximately 15 years. It has minor surface rust. This car has all the moldings. The glass is all there and in good condition. The trunk is solid. The floor pans are solid except for one spot by the passenger side. The motor spins over fine, we have not started it as of yet, but the previous owner says it runs fine. This car is an easy restoration . RELISTED WHY? Hello, I was the highest bidder on the auction for this car, I previously emailed you about picking it up. The person I was bidding for, my brother who is in an area with no internet access at present, just told me he cannot purchase the car at this time, due to a situation that has arisen, so my sincerest apologies but we cannot complete the transaction at this time. I'm trying to notify you asap as the 2nd bidder was at $2585.00, just $50 less than I was, so maybe you can contact him immediately so that he can purchase the vehicle. I hope you will not leave negative feedback on my behalf as I was unaware that my brother's job was going to shutdown effective today! They did not tell everyone until 5pm (he's on a jobsite in Calif.) that they need not bother to return on Monday, the contract was cancelled apparently midway through.
