Vehicle Detail
This is our beloved Volvo S60. About a year ago the transmission failed and we have decided to sell it rather than fix it as we have more cars than we need. We love the car, so we have been contemplating the sale and that is why it took so long to finally go through with it.The Kelley blue book private party value in good condition is $4400 to $4800 in excellent condition. We were quoted $1650 to replace the transmission with a used one or $1950 for a rebuilt but as stated earlier we have decided to part with it instead. However this car will cost substantially less than value for the new owner after repairs as we are asking a very reasonable price. The car ran and drove fine with nothing that we can recollect as any issues. The a/c did work and all power equipment was fine and the engine has no leaks. It has not been driven in about a year so we can't guarantee anything , but again, all was fine when we last drove it and it does start up and run fine- it just doesn't move !! There is only normal wear and tear on the interior and the exterior is in good condition but keep in mind it is a 2001 and has it's share, albeit minor, of scratches and door dings . Also just an fyi , the "minor damage" accident on rear left side reported on the carfax was just that- the tail light lens was cracked and the tail pipe tip was bent, both of which we replaced. There was no paint work involved. I have told you all I could think of, however should you have any questions please feel free to send me a message. The $500 deposit is due via paypal within 24 hours of auction ending and car must be paid for in full within seven days of auction ending. Thank you for your interest. I mean the car doesn't move ! It will need to be towed from it's position. Thank You Again.
