This is a model A coupe 1930 that appears in the movie Lawless that is coming out this week.The movie was shot in Georgia and I had the car ship[ped up to Pawling NY. It was used in several scenes and as you can see from the hood and front left fender has two bullet holes, actual holes that were made to look like bullet holes. Otherwise the body itself is sound and would make a good restoration or rod. The car is not running although the engine turns freely. The fenders are in poor condition but rebuiildable but the body and frame are sound. the car is not running at the present time. So there you have it a good sound project car with some interesting history. In fact I bought the car because I was a slick bootlegger in the movie and was one of the few people who knew the value of Model As. Own a fun piece of history and a good project car. I am located in Pawling NY so anyone who wants to can come see it, you are welcome and encouraged. I will not ship the car. Hopefully the pictures tell the whole story.
