This is an AWESOME, RUST FREE Original California 71 240Z in great condition. Original mileage I'm told. This highly collectible Z car was up-graded, meticulously maintained, and loved by its mechanic owner before being placed in long term storage in the 90's. Car had tasteful mods done on drive train, body, interior, and suspension and is set up as one would do in the 80's... really cool. Amazing, fast driver would work great as a weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection. Body is 100% rust free and extremely straight with no signs of collision damage. Underside is straight and clean. Car had very high quality custom repaint those many years ago... paint on passenger side front fender and roof sustained some damage from drips while in storage... other than that, car presents very well with only minor blemishes. Trim, Rubbers, and moldings are in nice shape. Has nice period correct front air dam and appears to have had the MSA rear Lip but its not there now. Has the 15 inch rewind rims with nice tires. Interior was custom done with matching seats and door panels... Great shape except both seat bottoms. Dash has only minor cracking under the cover. All panels, headliner, and carpet are in great shape. Period correct stereo with amps and big speakers is disconnected. Electric door locks and power windows were also added... drivers side switch needs a little adjustment but works... or easily put back to manual. Gauges all work properly including the clock. Dome light, map light, electronics all work properly. Built motor starts, runs, and idles excellent...Just fully serviced and tuned. Has Headers and custom exhaust, ported and polished, mild cam and electronic ignition... it's QUICK and sounds like a Ferrari. Rebuilt close ratio 5-Speed shifts smooth through the gears. Runs and drives awesome... suspension feels tight and handles well... stops straight and sure. Super fun driver. Overall this is a fantastic, very collectable 240Z in great low mile condition all around... Awesome daily driver or weekend cruiser as is or vintage show car with a little work. I am a Z collector... rust free, low mile cars like this are rare. This is a great one for any Z car enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool, original vintage sports car at a great price.
