1970 Mercedes 250c Coupe. White paint with brown leather interior-no rips tears. I bought this classic in March of 1999, and have put 2,812 miles on it in 13 years. Car starts right up and runs like the day I bought it. This car has always been Garage kept, clean inside and out despite minor scrape on Passenger front fender - *See Pictures - Caused by backing out of a tight spot - not a collision* - Easy fix. Minor repairs I have made over the years include a new fuel pump and a new rear brake cylinder. I am sadly parting with this car due to loss of storage. This car is fitted with the inline overhead cam six-cylinder 2.5 liter engine that displaces 2469cc and produces 146 horsepower. There is a four-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes.In 1969, Mercedes-Benz introduced this coupe version and given the designation 'C' after the model number. The coupe has the same wheelbase and length as the saloon version and from the A-pillar forward they were identical. There are some aesthetic differences; the passenger compartment was 19-inches shorter in the coupe, and the roof is two inches lower. The trunk is also much longer.
