Here is a 1994 530i wagon swapped with full 540i sport drive line, including big case limited slip differential. 3.15 gearing. M5 touring suspension, springs and sway bars, sachs shocks. The swap is fully documented, and i have all the receipts and information included in a HUGE 5in thick binder. The 540i sport only had 8k miles before it was wrecked and swapped into my wagon, so the engine has about 25k miles on it. The interior is complete and in good, not great, condition, even has the covering for the trunk area to hide the contents. Has BBS RKII's on it right now (95% tread), with BMW 7 series bottlecaps with blizzack snows on them included, 95% tread left. 6 speed manual shifts very nicely and clutch feels great. Big brakes, 2 piston calipers, from an 850i with ATE grooved discs. AC works very well, and even the tape player works(thats how i listen to my ipod: tape adapter). Has the double sunroof and it works. full leather interior, with working heated power seats that could use a cleaning as well as the rest of the interior. The car is VERY FAST, and handles very well, but is a sleeper because it sounds stock. Now for the not so good. The rear differential whines on the highway and can be heard on deceleration if engine braking is used. Differential works great is just a little bit noisy. The headliner needs to be replaced. the driverside door has rusted at the bottom, as seen in pics. Other small spots of rust but nothing serious. The passengers rear window doesnt go down, could be an easy fix. All in all, this is a great wagon, that i have owned for about 5 years, and it has never let me down.
