2001 BMW 740iL VIN #WBAGH83411DP18846 Silver metallic color, black leather interior. ~145500 miles. This is my own personal car that I have owned it for about 1 year and enjoyed it tremendously. The ONLY reason I am selling it is because I just took on a full-time position with State government and my commute will be too much in terms of gas costs. If I can’t sell the car for a reasonable amount, I’ll just keep it and get me a cheap econo-box for commute to and from work. The car has 145500 miles on the odometer, it is silver with black leather interior. The cosmetic condition is about 8 on the scale of 1 to 10 – inside and out, as is its mechanical condition. All the preventive maintenance was always done on time and professionally with ONLY the original BMW parts. The car has been running a Mobil 1 Synthetic motor oil since I bought it, with strict 7500-mile intervals between the changes. The auto transmission fluids and gasket have been replaced every 15000 miles since I bought the car – the cars shifts smoothly and on time. The A/C works great. There is no front-end shimmy, the car runs straight as a bullet and it runs great for a 12-year old car. The car also comes equipped with Xenon light with washers and its original build-in BMW phone – IF anyone cares, hehe. For those that know these cars, it will be no mystery that this car is one of the truly last great BMW models that not only performs like a BMW, but also looks great. Since I bought the car, I replaced the following: · Rear struts, springs & mounts · Rear brake hoses · Spark plugs · Camshaft sensor · Manifold gasket · Coolant expansion tank The car is fully-equipped, excluding the rear electric shade, all options available at the time are present, save for the navigation system it is there but I never purchased the CD set. The things that might be considered a problem: · The “Check engine soon” light is on permanently – the folks at Redline Performance of Pompano Beach think there is a vacuum leak, it’s just it never bothered me enough to bring the car in so they could diagnose it and fit it · The front console cup-holder assembly is there, but oh the shocker - it’s loose, hehe – wouldn’t be a BMW cup-holder without being broken. The rear ones are just fine. · On the exterior side, two very minor blemishes – both courtesy of very attentive drivers: a scratch on the rear right and front right fenders – I never so much as give them a second look Delivery Terms: The successful winning bidder MUST pick the car up from my location in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160.
