Automatic with Manual Mode Wow, this car is nice. This 2005 BMW 3255Ci Convertible is in excellent condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like only a BMW does. Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a world-class car. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. This car has about $5500 in factory options, including the premium package, the sport package, the Steptronic transmission, leather seats and heated front seats. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. It has just 50,011 original miles on it. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines like new all around. Carfax shows accurate mileage. It also shows accident history way back in March of 2006. We can't find any residual signs of damage, and the paint matches all the way around. The power convertible top is automatic - no latches or boots to mess with. Just press a button. The top is in very good shape with no stains, holes, or tears. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. There is some minor leather wear on the driver's seat left bolster. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar, and the driver's seat has memory settings. The sport seats also have manually adjustable thigh support. Both front seats are heated. The rear seat is also very nice. This 325CiC has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; AM/FM/CD stereo; tilt and telescopic wheel; Cruise control; auto air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Other convenience features include a HomeLink gate / garage opener and BMW assist. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ABS and stability control. The "Steptronic" transmission is an automatic transmission that you can shift manually if you choose. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
