Up for bid is our beloved 2004 Honda CRV EX 4WD: This car has been meticulously maintained since it was purchased as a Honda Certified Pre-Used in 10/2006. We are the second owners, purchased with 69,493 miles. I drove it back and forth to work until it became my wife's errand runner and grocery grabber. We recently paid it off, and planned on keeping it for years. However, our family is growing larger and we bought a minivan (you can probably see it in one of the photos). I am very reluctant to sell it, but we have no use for a 3rd car. This is your chance to get a well maintained reliable vehicle with plenty of life left. The CRV has the high end EX trim line which includes moonroof, tinted privacy glass and alloy wheels. It also has a 6 Disc in-dash CD Changer with AM/FM and tape (I will include adapter to play any MP3 player thru tape deck). Power windows/locks/roof all work perfectly. Realtime 4WD. Large trunk area with plenty of room for Cargo. Engine and Transmission are strong as can be! No engine leaks or oil burning, trans shifts effortlessly and smooth. Front pads and rotors were replaced Jan 2012 and rear was done prior year. Exhaust should have no problem passing emissions testing, no leaks. The tires are decent, 60% remaining, and I WILL ALSO INCLUDE (4) EXCELLENT WINTER TIRES. The OEM Honda CRV floor mats were just put back in place, but I will also include the (4) all-season weather floor mats we used. **VERY IMPORTANT**. If you are looking to buy a Honda CRV, please note that there is a known problem with their AC systems!! This is something Honda is aware about and even put out a service bulletin on it. When it became my wife's vehicle, not having AC was not an option! I paid $1,600 to have Honda replace THE ENTIRE SYSTEM: compressor, condenser, clutch (yes the AC has a clutch). The work was done June 2011 by a reputable Honda Mechanic who warrantied the work. THE A/C IS NOW ICE COLD!!!! The mileage seems high at 154K, but the vehicle doesn't show it's age. It has average cosmetic wear and tear, but overall it's in GREAT condition. The interior is very clean and wasn't smoked in, no rips or tears. No Accidents. This isn't some car that came from the auction, it was our family vehicle for the past six years. Don't let the mileage scare you, we all know Honda's reputation for reliability and strong resale value. It runs just as good as it did on the day I bought it. After reviewing history report, the accident listed refers to a "Bump" in a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru where the state was notified. Not an actual accident, but a state trooper who saw it happen made a report.
