I wanted to let everyone know that earlier today when I pulled the 300ZX out of our garage where I am storing it, I noticed that although the radio turned on with all displays working as usual along with the antenna working as it should, the only station that would come in was the one it was on. As I tuned to other stations the display changed but the station playing did not. I am going to check with United Radio in New York Monday morning and see if they service these units. I have used them several times over the past 20 years to service factory radios, DVD systems and automotive Navigation radios and they have always done a wonderful job. If I can have this cars original radio refurbished I will. If not, please know this issue is present when bidding. I will update this posting when I have additional information and have since lowered my reserve. Based on the huge response this car has received in addition to my lowered reserve, the reserve will be off within the next bid or two. Please read the above reception issue with the radio and bid accordingly. The radio does turn on and off with all lights and displays in working order along with the power antenna in full working order, however it only picks up 1 fm station and does not tune in other stations when other stations are selected.
