Hopefully you'll appreciate all the hard work that was put into this car to make it this one of a kind jaw dropper.This amazing and one of a kind car’s story started like this: When I bought the car last year, it looked pretty good for a 45 year old car, but of course not like a show car. It was just a regular daily driver. Also being a California car. There was also some minor rust on the bottom that we repaired an undercoating was applied. The car had a minor accident on the left rear and due to age and condition of the car at the time of the collision, insurance company determined the cars value to be something like $5,000 and paid off the owner and resold the vehicle with salvaged title (That's the only stupid reason the car has salvage title). Really stupid! The damage was very minor and was only to the left rear by the bumper and that was it! ( See the picture from inside of the trunk with red circle for details) Being an auto restorer, collector and an automotive technician myself, I found the car very attractive and worth investing in for a complete restoration project for myself and did not even care a bit about the salvage title. And that’s how the story began…… Long story short……..9 months of hard and constant daily work, Thousands of dollars in parts and labor not including the purchase price of the car, made this project a complete success. Our shop is in Hollywood, California and when I park the car on the lot, it becomes kind of crazy. People stop in groups and want to take a picture with the car. Tourists just go nuts over it. Cars stop at the light and cell phones are out taking pictures from the car and so on……………… The car is truly beautiful inside, outside and engine. Let’s talk about the engine. The sound and performance is just unbelievable and extremely powerful. Have not put it on dyno, but I can tell with experience that it must have close to 500HP (In my sole opinion and untested) So, why am I selling it? Buying a house, and need a down payment. I wish I did not have to sell this particular one. Being a 1967 born myself, I have kind of created a bond with it. But, Oh well. I know that whoever that is going to be the new owner of this car is just going to enjoy it and go crazy over it. I am buying a house and am selling all of my cars in my collection for the down payment.
