This vehicle was manufactured in Germany and shipped to the U.S. in 1986 and originally sold in California. This car has always been serviced by certified Mercedes-Benz mechanics and has been serviced on a regular basis and still gets 35 mpg.. Anyone with knowledge of these vehicles will know that this car has a lot of life as the Mercedes Diesel is known to last well over 500,000 miles. This is a one owner car with a clean and clear title. The car does need some minor work (i.e. suspension, ball bearings on front driver side, and some upholstery work on the driver seat) but is in great running condition and drives great. I think the suspension probably needs to be replaced as the car doesn't ride as smooth as it used to. Also, the air conditioner has been converted to R-134a and works but the air compressor will turn off sometimes while driving in city traffic. An OEM stereo went out and was replaced with a Sony Xplosion Cassette deck with a 12 disc changer.
