Hello, I'm selling my Mustang convertible. Overall still a good car but it does need some TLC. The interior is original and still in good shape, but the seats will need to be recovered. The body is good no rust or rot, does have typical small dents and scratches. The paint is all original and is thinning in spots with some light surface rust starting to develope, should be repainted down the road. The a/c will need a recharge it blows cool but not cold, I really didn't use the a/c, I would always run with the top down. I've had the engine overhauled by my local Ford dealer and it's good for another 100K. I replaced the original black top with a new white one, all hydraulics work as they should to power the top up and down. The car also has new shock/struts, dashcap,catalytic converters,and tires since I've owned her. The tranny is still original to the car, but the torque converter is on it's last legs. I can still move the car around the driveway. The drivers side rear tire valve stem has a slow leak, it will hold air for a while, but it does need fixed or replaced. The only rust spot is at the base of the windshield as shown in the picture. I've had this car for a few years and it's always been a fun summer driver, but now I'm too busy to take her out for a run. She still has a lot of life left, if the right person has the time to put into her. It would make a great base for a 5.0 swap or a first car for a teen driver. These old fox body cars are getting harder to find and i've had a few over the years. The buyer will need to have the car towed home, I wouldn't trust the tc on the open road until it is fixed. I would recommend a rollback since they have a winch on them.
