Original Bahama Yellow car, still has original paint in jambs Mostly original black interior in good shape. Interior is basketweave and not elephant hyde, as on the 68 L's. Stripped and Wurth reundercoated underside/wheel wells, engine bay. Rust free. Totally rebuilt suspension with all new bushings/rubber, lowered to Euro spec and corner balanced by Midwest Eurosport. 1970 T motor with '68 ancillaries. Webers rebuilt by Paul Abbott at Performance Oriented. Almost new SSI's. Flat 6 Fuchs with 2 year old 195/65 tires. Car was originally a sportomatic, now has a '67 AFMSX 901 dog leg aluminum case 5 speed. Car was sold in CA originally (see dealer plate frames in pics), was bought in CA and driven to Midwest in 2006. Will come with 2 standard seats, the '68 sport seat does not come with the car. The "base" 911 was the least produced of the three 911 variants in '68 (base, L, S). 1215 (12.4%) of the total '68 9802 production was base 911 coupes. I've put 20K miles on this car in the past 5 years. This car is a dialed in driver. Buy it, hop in and go. Reason for selling is because I have two little kids and want to thin the herd a bit for the time being.
