1981' Mercedes Wagon that I bought last year because I needed a spare car. The vehicle came from North Carolina and spent it's life between Palm Beach and Franklin. Original sales ticket still in the glove box. There is newer battery, a few dings were repaired, seats re-sprung, new speakers, radio conversion for aux input, re-insulated the cab / floorboards and regular service are but a few of things i've done since I bought the car. Remaining to be done, install the dash cap which is included in the sale, condition the seats with the Leatherique kit which comes with the sale and keep driving this car. The list of known deficiencies include: an odometer that quit last April, vacum leak in passenger side door lock, driver side rear door handle needs to be re-attached, rear wiper works intermitently, cruise control works intermitently...there may be more but nothing jumps to mind right now. The percs include factory leather seating, although a little worn will restore well, factory installed seat heaters work very well. I am not a mechanic and can not speak to the scope of work done to the car before I bought it. From the photos you will notice the ac has been upgraded, there appear to be a new engine mount or two. I am posting as many photos of the good, bad and ugly and will be happy to answer any questions if I can.
