Well I'm sure no expert on Willy's FOUR WHEEL DRIVE FC-150's, but I acquired a pair of these from a 75 year old man who has had them in storage for the last 10 years or so. Please also see my other ebay item # 160834615322 (it's a 1959 FC 150). This 1957 is the first year, and rarest of them I've been told. This one is a 1957 FC-150. I will try my best to accurately describe it. It is pretty dirty, and just how I recieved it. This was running and driving fine when he parked it away into storage. (10 years ago or so). With the exception of a key and a battery, I believe it is 100% complete, and original. ( it is also missing the bumpers). There is a box of spare parts in the back of it as well. This would make a super neat restoration project or perhaps a nice daily driver. I have no doubts that someone more mechanical then myself, could have it up and going again in fairly short order. The engine spins over freely. It's sure not perfect, but this F C 150 is not rusty like most its age. What ever rust it may have is fairly minimal for being 55 years old. I am selling this 4x4 Willys as is. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best than be disappointed, in any way. My opening bid is 2,750.00 with no reserve. I have a clear and open Colorado title for it. Now, all that having been said... I can't imagine finding a more complete, lower mileage or more un-molested Willys like this for the price. I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was when it came my way. These are getting hard to find. I think that whoever ends up with this will be pleased with it, but those are just my thoughts. Term of sale I can not ship..... This means I can not crate, box, disassemble, or deliver to a shipping company. I will however be more than happy to assist your shipper, however I can.
