You are bidding on a 1956 Buick Century Riviera 4-Door Hardtop. Car has been in storage since 2003, and is a very solid car needing very little to make it a nice driver quality car. The car was repainted in the late 1980s, and still looks very presentable but shows its age with little blemishes and a few surface spots here and there, but overall is a very solid car and still looks good for a driver-quality vehicle. The car is equipped with the original V-8 322 c.i. Nailhead motor and turns over, but is not in drivable condition at this moment, but ran excellent the last time it was on the road and with a simple tune-up and updates, and some brake-work, the car could very easily be road-ready. The interior is in very nice shape, with the original seats and door panels being recovered at the same time the vehicle was re-painted, and are still in excellent shape along with the carpet and headliner and looks very nice, as does the rest of the interior. The vehicle is also equipped with Buick Factory Magnum wheels, with all four tires having good tread on them. The trunk floor and undercarriage are also very solid, and the chrome and all of the trim is also in good condition for a driver-quality vehicle, and also, all of the lights and components work as well. I bought this vehicle in 2006 with the intent to restore it, but time and storage space are forcing me to sell it, and as I mentioned, this is not a show car as it sits, but would be a nice driver-quality vehicle with a few updates as-is, or would be a very nice candidate to restore to show quality.
