Hello I'm back! I'm putting my pony back on the market. I tried to get it tagged, but unfortunately I cannot as I am moving out of the country.I ran into a problem i do not have a state license, the title is in pennsilvania I from Mexico I don have license of any estate of thi country , im in delaware and the dmv made a mistake they changged the first 1 was swapped for an F thats the reason why Icant getit tagged again I do not have a pennsilvania license. I had spoke to somebody at the dmv they said it could be done on there part so there for I can't do much.
