*FOR SALE*1989 Mercedes Benz 300 SE. This Vehicle has the 3.0L in-line 6 cylinder engine with a 4 speed automatic transmission.103,485 original miles. Every thing on this car works perfectly inside and out (except that darn passengers side mirror). This car just passed the PA state emissions and safety inspection and is current until July, 2013. The tires have about 8/32" of tread (state min. is 2/32") and the brakes are 4/32" in the front, and 6/32" in the rear.(State min is 2/32") The paint is still very nice and shiny, and rust and dent free. The chrome bumpers and trim are in excellent shape. The transmission shifts perfectly, and the engine is quiet and powerful. There are no surprises with this car....just get in and drive it anywhere, in comfort and style. I always pride myself on having vehicles that are in excellent working order, no matter how old, and this is no exception. The only cosmetic flaw is with some of the wheels...The paint has faded off, perhaps from going too fast! They could use a re-spray. (Please see pictures). The interior is like a time machine....Back to 1989 where blue was all the rage. It is in beautiful condition with no rips or tears. The pictures really do not lie...this is a beautiful Mercedes.
